PackagingWe understand in aviation "what your food goes on is just as important as what goes in your food". All passenger meals are delivered on glass dinner plates the only prep is to heat. Box lunches are three compartment and black bottom/clear lid. Food items are delivered chilled to 40 degrees, ensuring no steam damage. Platters are served on silver platters double wrapped in tight plastic wrap. All items are labeled w/ your tail number then put into a hard plastic bin. The bin is then labeled w/ your tail number and delivered. The specifically sized bin fits perfectly into the FBOs refrigerator until you ask for line service to bring it out, this ensures no items are misplaced or left behind. OperationsTabitha's is open 24 hours a day upon request. All orders recieved between the business hours of 8pm and 8am PST will be confirmed after 8am. Typically the FBO will itemize and add the catering to the fuel bill without any additional fees. Linen Services and Aircraft Stock Services are always welcome.
